We will use REM in calculation of 1rem=16px.
So for our calculation:
Design size 17px=>18px = 1.125 rem
Design size 19px=>20px = 1.25 rem
*Mobile can be the same size.
I set the 1.125 rem as standard text size, for for most of the sections we wont need change the text size.
H1=75px=> 4.68rem (m=2.25rem)
H2=45px=> 2.75rem (m=1.75rem)
H3=35px=> 2.25rem (m=1.5rem)
H4=30px=> 2rem (m=1.35rem)
H5=28px=> 1.75rem (m=1.25rem)
P=17/18px=> 1.125rem
19px/20px => 1.25 rem
